MC Command Center is an expansive mod for Electronic Arts' Sims 4 that allows you to take control over even the smallest part of the world you have created. Created by Deaderpool as a freemium product, the mega-mod also reintroduces story progression, something from Sims 3.

Here is how you install Mc Command Center for The Sims 4 on PC! MC Command Center is one of my favorite and best mods for The Sims 4. For example, 'The Sims 4 Mods MCCC' is ok but 'The Sims 4 Mods Script Mods MCCC' is not. The Sims 4 will only go one-level deep when looking for script mods. If this is an upgrade for you, make sure you delete all MCCC TS4script and Package files prior to downloading the new versions and extracting them into your mod folder. MCCC + Legacy Edition. MC returns Story Progression, which means that the characters can get married and have love on their own; the game usually requires the player to set this up. However, the player gains control over the alien abductions and what hybrids are produced by the unions.

Is there a better alternative?

Other mods may interest you more, but there are no other changes that will affect such a wide area in Sims 4. Meaningful Stories gives deep emotions to the people in the simulation. For several days, the characters may be depressed or be super creative.

With the Morphmaker modification, you can customize faces to your precise preferences. Of course, there are hundreds of changes that can be made to Sims, but these are a few options.

Our take

If you're looking to change up the way that you play Sims 4, MC Command Center is a great option to consider. You'll be granted so much more power while enjoying the return of key elements from the third edition.

MC Command Center Hotfix 4.4.5 is out!

The newest public release for MCCC/MC Woohoo is 4.4.5. This is my last Seasons hotfix. As of this point, all major functionality is working as expected. I'm sure there will be little things that are broken that we haven't found yet, but nothing that affects a majority of players on a daily basis or anything.

Fixes for this hotfix:

• This hotfix allows Sims 4 to load into lots with MCCC installed. There are no errors thrown by the initial loading.
• Fixed a problem with households with more than 8 Sims that prevented the lots from loading.
• Fixed an issue with Game Time Speed that was preventing it from working.
• Fixed an issue with Maximum Sims on Lot setting causing exceptions when Walkby situations were generated.
• Fixed problems with some of the MC Dresser setting dialogs that were getting errors due to the new outfits added for seasons.
  
• Added Hot Weather and Cold Weather to the list of valid outfits that can be used for some of the MC Dresser options (like outfit to change into after completing work).
• Fixed a problem with Kill Sim that caused it to log an error.
• Added new death types for Pet Stuff, Jungle Adventures and Seasons to the 'Kill Sim' death types.
• Fixed a problem with the MC Cheats-triggered 'Vampire Invasion' that was throwing an error and not working.
  

Keep in mind, if you're getting Last Exception errors, these are not caused by MCCC but by other mods/cc that have been broken by this release. I can't fix those!

This has been tested to be working with (but does not require) GTW, OR, Get Together, Dine Out, City Life, Vampires, Parenthood, Cats & Dogs, Jungle Adventures, Seasons and the patch released June 19, 2018 PC 1.44.77.1020 / Mac 1.44.77.1220. It will also work with anything after that Sims 4 update unless otherwise specified on Tumblr/Patreon posts I make after the update. Earlier Sims 4 versions may not be compatible so we often do not support anything below the specified version here!
